RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date purchased, unused. Size charts are displayed to help with purchase.
Process of returning an Item, please email flowkateofmind@gmail.com to receive authorization for return. You will be emailed address for return.
REFUNDS/RETURNS SHIPPING:
REFUNDS: If you order something that is no longer available but seems to still show it in stock the system did not update yet. You are subjected to a store credit. There are No REFUNDS only store credit. Thank you for understanding.
RETURNS: You are responsible for shipping costs for the return and must obtain a tracking number for the product. Once the product is received by company you will receive money back. If item is damaged and not in new condition you will not receive refund or exchange.
EXCHANGE
All sales are final. An exchange is not guaranteed if your product is the wrong size. Everything is limited edition, and we have the size you are looking to exchange than that is possible.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping clothing/Art products can take up to 5 business days to ship when they are in stock. Katelyn Buchan goes on tour a travels, you will be contacted when she is on tour and if shipping will take longer than 5 days. Communication will be updated. P
Pre-Orders: shipping on pre-orders can take up to 3-6 weeks depending on when manufacture ships, you will be notified when product arrives to Katelyn. When product arrives it will take up to 3-5 business days to receive your order.
Shipping COST, is an estimate that is displayed in check out, depending on what state/country you will be contacted if shipping costs are more. You will be notified with shipping cost is more than what is displayed. Shipping is continuously changing the numbers depending on the state with cost. Shipping cost has been slowly changing every month depending on state.
Originals: Shipping is not included in originals you will be contacted about shipping fee when original is purchased.
ALL sales are FINAL, you will receive a shipping Tracking Number. Once the package says it arrives that is under your responsibility. If package was stolen we are not responsible for packing. If package is lost, you many fill out a request form through USPS to see and ask about insurance cost for a refund. If USPS does not provide a refund, you will not receive a refund.
